Browser preview data is never automatically uploaded at launch. A future public, permanent upload will require separate consent. Once written to public, permanent storage, data cannot be deleted — only extended. This is the core trade-off of permanence.
E-mail is always optional. If you leave an address — for the Digital Legacy Guide and launch updates, or as a notification address for your wallet (receipts, preservation reminders, legacy requests) — we store it with the time of your consent and send nothing until you confirm it via the link in the first message (double opt-in). Legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)); you can withdraw it any time with the unsubscribe link included in every mail, after which the address receives nothing further. Addresses are used only for the purpose you chose, are never sold or shared, and unconfirmed or unsubscribed addresses may be deleted. To request deletion of your data, write to info@eternatoken.com.
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand website visits, referral sources, broad location and device information. Google receives a random browser identifier and page categories. We do not send your archive content, profile handle, e-mail address, wallet address or URL query parameters. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.
Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. Its _ga cookies last up to 180 days; your choice is kept in this browser for 180 days. You can decline or withdraw consent through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing stops Google Analytics and removes its cookies from this website. Our self-hosted, cookie-free visit statistics may operate separately.
