A personal archive you can open without ETERNA
An ordinary profile depends on a website. Here is how our first mainnet identity connects a public story, a Solana record and an archive you can keep.
Start with one story
A photograph needs a name. A milestone needs a date. A family story needs someone to write down why it mattered. ETERNA brings those pieces into a personal archive: a profile you can share today, with a copy you can keep outside the website.
Our founder, Tomáš Vojtek, has published his own identity on Solana mainnet. You can open it without connecting a wallet, read the biography, follow the proof links and download the archive. It is the founder’s own paid record and a working example of the product. We are still looking for our first independent customers.
What actually lives on the networks?
The identity NFT is on Solana. Its reference points to a versioned manifest on Arweave, where the public biography and portrait are stored. The profile’s proof links let you inspect the asset and the published files separately from our interface. A blockchain record proves a connection between records and a wallet; it does not prove that a biography is true or that a wallet represents one unique person.
You can also download a ZIP containing a readable archive and its underlying files. Keep that copy on your own device or with someone you trust. The reader opens offline without an ETER balance or an ETERNA login. It contains the last exported version; later changes require a fresh download.
A living profile, with a publication history
Owners can revise their profile through ETERNA. A completed revision publishes a new manifest; previous public Arweave files cannot be erased. That makes this a deliberate publishing decision. Start with a story you are comfortable sharing publicly, and obtain permission before including another person’s details or photograph.
Keeping a downloaded copy reduces dependence on our website. Online retrieval still depends on the storage network and available gateways. Future editing is a separate service; an offline copy does not provide a promise of uninterrupted editing or a guarantee that every network will operate forever.
